Appointment policies & courtesies:

  • if you are dropping off early let me know!
  • Please inform me before appointment time that you will be late, an automatic late fee will be added to groom if informed after appointment time.
  • Please no water before appointment and make sure they’ve gone outside.
  • Extra charges will be added for parent staying for a groom due to making grooming more difficult.
